What I do

I work alongside our team of researchers, providing day-to-day administrative support to tendering processes, client projects and operations development. I also work on process improvement related to IT, client delivery and new business.

I love to bring creative thinking and continuous improvement to everything I do. I enjoy the breadth of my role and supporting the developing operational needs of Harlow, and working for a company with staff wellbeing at its heart.

Areas of specialism

I have 15 years of administrative experience across various sectors, including regulated environments such as Financial Services. I have supported organisations in adapting to new and emerging regulatory requirements, developing policies and processes, fulfilling internal audit requirements and in related staff training.
